Plotting and analytical representations
Ounias provides 2D and 3D scatter plots using projection coordinates associated with analytical runs. These views help inspect the arrangement of observations and associated labels.
Inspecting plots
- Color observations by generated labels or sublabels.
- Apply additional feature-based coloring, such as a continuous feature gradient.
- Use available plot filters to narrow the displayed observations.
- Inspect the plotted representation alongside run metrics and group explanations.
Interpretation
Apparent distances, group sizes, and separation in a projection can reflect the embedding method and settings, not only relationships in the original data.
